At 3:18 AM on July 11th, the main span of the Huaihe River Bridge, a key project of the Hefei-Xinyi High-speed Railway, was successfully closed. OVM provided the stay cable products and installation services for the bridge .

OVM’s sixth-generation single-sided bidirectional anti-slip technology of extradosed bridge was applied in this project, which is fixed by structures such as anti-slip inserts and nuts, achieving the goal of single-sided bidirectional anti-slip. The OVM engineering team focused on safety operation and quality services in order to achieve the project as scheduled, effectively promoting the timely and smooth closing of the extradosed bridge.

Following the completion and opening of the Hefei-Xinyi High-speed Railway, the national high-speed railway network will be further optimized. Economic ties will be strengthened between the Wanjiang urban belt, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration, and coastal areas such as the Shandong Peninsula and Liaodong Peninsula, deepening the degree of integration. This holds crucial significance for the construction of the Huaihe River ecological economic belt, promoting the coordinated development of regional economies along the line, and contributing to the high-quality development and integration of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Delta.
