Requirement department: Domestic Marketing Center

Job responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with regional companies to provide guidance on pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales technical consultation, technical answers, and other related work;     
2. Provide after-sales "three guarantees" services and necessary on-site technical guidance and maintenance services;     
3. Participate in contract review, conduct feasibility review of product types, product structures, product performance, quality assurance, service assurance, and other solutions designed to meet the engineering needs of the owner;     
4. Collect, organize and provide feedback on various product quality information, and propose specific suggestions and measures to improve services;     
5. On site inspection, collect and organize technical and design defects of the product during use, provide feedback to the technical department, assist the technical department in jointly providing technical improvement support to customers, and promote implementation;     
6. Handle the processing plan, material requisition, shipping, and tracking of the effectiveness of the replacement parts;     
7. Responsible for providing on-site technical guidance, product maintenance, technical analysis, and business training;     
8. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships;     
9. Participate in training and learning during the company's new product development and debugging process, and track the installation and use of customer products on site;     
10. Customer complaints and management of customer complaints. Assist in receiving visiting clients, handling general issues and demands raised by clients;
11. Responsible for writing weekly reports and submitting them to the supervisor for review;     
12. Implement customer satisfaction surveys to understand customer satisfaction and evaluation of the company, and provide a basis for company decision-making;
13. Cooperate in participating in various quality analysis meetings and provide suggestions for quality improvement and improvement;     
14. The occupational health, safety, and environmental responsibilities that should be executed are detailed in the "HSE Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist Position";     
15. Complete the temporary tasks assigned by the leader on time and efficiently.

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, mechanical manufacturing, and related majors;         
2. Three years of experience in assembly, maintenance, or product inspection of mechanical products;         
3. Familiar with product structure, product process flow, knowledge of prestressed construction technology, relevant national and industry standards for products and testing;         
4. Master the assembly and maintenance skills of company products;         
5. Strong communication, coordination, adaptability, learning, and execution abilities;         
6. Able to adapt to business trips;
